Approximately four hours from Salt Lake City and eight hours from Southern California and Arizona. WINTERTIME, our skiing is the best. We provide both Alpine & Nordic. With a base facility at 9,500 feet, Brian Head offers the finest in Utah powder skiing of 35 feet. Ski on gentle, groomed slopes or try deep powder. Lift lines are short, no waiting. Enjoy a GET AWAY on cross country skis or snow mobiles. SUMMERTIME, enjoy many planned summer activities, cool air, hiking, mountain biking, great fishing in nearby lakes and streams. Spectacular sightseeing at nearby Zion, Bryce or Grand Canyon National Parks, Cedar Breaks National Monument. TRULY A SUMMER PARADISE. In most cases, take interstate 15 to Parowan, Utah. Use exit #75 or #78. Take Highway 143. |

CHECK IN AT OUR OFFICE: THE CONDOS & CABINS WE REPRESENT DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT POLICY: Upon reserving a condo, the following will be required: A Credit Card for Security purposes and to guarantee your reservation. A deposit of 50% will be required ten (10) days after you receive our confirmation. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival whenever possible. NO REFUNDS FOR LATE ARRIVAL OR EARLY DEPARTURE. CANCELLATION POLICY: All refunds are given as a CREDIT LETTER to be used at a later date. NO CASH REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN. Cancellation prior to 30 days of arrival, forfeit original deposit. Cancel after 30 days, forfeit all funds on deposit. Changes in reservation dates, unit sizes and/or location are subject to a charge of $25.00. Avoid additional expenses by making accurate reservations. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR EMERGENCIES, MEDICAL OR OTHERWISE, EARLY DEPARTURE OR LATE ARRIVAL. BRIAN HEAD CONDO RESERVATIONS reserves the right to provide accommodations of equal or greater value at no extra charge where necessary to relocate a guest, should a complex or condo not be available. NO SPECIFIC LODGING REQUEST ARE HONORED UNTIL FINAL PAYMENT IF MADE. UNIT SPECIFIC AND BED CONFIGURATIONS ARE NOT GUARANTEED. ALL LOFT UNITS ARE ON THE THIRD FLOOR. PHONES OR VCR'S ARE NOT GUARANTEED IN THE CONDOS. CHECKIN TIME IS: 3:30 p.m. Late Check outs are subject to one full day charges.
